Let diners see the dish before they order it
A diner scans the table card, picks a dish, and sees it life-size at their own table in AR — no more guessing how big it is or what it looks like.
“How big is it?” — every service, every table
A photo menu has no scale reference. A description is subjective. Waiters field the same questions — how big is it, what does it actually look like — day after day, because the menu alone can’t answer them.
Diners already work around it: they ask for a photo, ask for something to compare it to, or ask to see a plated dish before they order. That workaround costs the waiter time and steers diners back to the dish they already know, instead of the one they might have tried.
How it works
1. Create an account
Sign up as a restaurant owner — it only takes a minute.
2. Build your menu
Add your sections and dishes, including the one you want to bring to life in AR.
3. Photograph your dish
Take at least 30 photos from different angles. Morning light gives the sharpest 3D results.
4. Upload the photos
Send them straight from your dashboard — that’s your whole job done.
5. We build your 3D model
We render your dish into a life-size 3D model for iPhone and Android, usually within a couple of days. We’ll email you the moment it’s ready.
6. Scan and watch it come alive
Download your Marker QR Menu, scan it yourself, and see your dish appear on the table in AR.
Why this, and not a generic AR menu
Marker-tracked scale
The dish is anchored to a printed marker of known size on the table card, so its life-size scale is correct by construction — not estimated from the phone’s camera. The diner never leaves the page.
No app required
The diner’s own camera does everything — no download, no account, nothing to install just to see a dish appear on their table.
Never a dead end
If tracking or camera access fails, we fall back to native AR (Apple Quick Look / Google Scene Viewer) automatically — the same handoff other AR menu tools rely on as their only method is, here, just a safety net.
